This website is operated by THE UVAS AI, LLC, doing business as Luvaty. Throughout the site, “Luvaty,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to THE UVAS AI, LLC. These Terms govern access to the website and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced at checkout.
Eligibility and account information
You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, contact, payment, and shipping information. You are also responsible for protecting access to your customer account and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
Checkout may be completed without creating an account. Available order updates are sent to the contact information provided at checkout. Customer accounts are optional and are provided through Shopify.
Product information and appropriate use
We work to present product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, colors, images, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, supplier updates, packaging changes, and production variations may affect how a product appears. Final product labels and instructions control in the event of a discrepancy.
Products must be used only as directed on their labels. Information on this website is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Our products are not presented as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using an ingestible or topical product if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, have known allergies or sensitivities, or have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you.
Curated rituals and substitutions
A Luvaty ritual is a coordinated selection of separately fulfilled products. It is not a medical treatment or a guarantee of a particular outcome. We will not silently substitute an unavailable product. If a material item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you to offer an approved alternative, a delay, removal of the affected item with an appropriate refund, or cancellation.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, supplier rejection, regulatory restrictions, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Payment and checkout services are provided through Shopify and its payment partners. A payment authorization or order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if the order later fails review or cannot be supplied.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Ownership and risk rules apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Luvaty name, logos, original text, graphics, videos, photographs, site design, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to THE UVAS AI, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content without permission, impersonate another person, use false payment or delivery information, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfillment partners. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Governing law
