When your order ships, Luvaty emails a shipping confirmation with the carrier tracking link and the latest delivery status.

No account is required. Open the secure order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. Keep that link private because it provides access to your order details.
Tracking has not updated
Carriers may need time to register the first scan. If tracking has not updated for several business days, or a delivery is marked complete but cannot be found, contact hello@luvaty.com with your order number so we can review it with the fulfillment partner.
